Many haven’t heard of the cuddly coastal Queensland town of Seventeen Seventy, sometimes written 1770. Perched between Bundaberg to the south and Rockhampton to the north 1770 and it’s nearby sister community of Agnes Waters are home to around 3000 people made up of retirees, sun-seekers and those working in the thriving Queensland mining industry.
